Best Configure Speed
I WONDER IF ANY BODY CAN TOLD ME WHAT IS THE BEST CONFIGURE FOR THE LINK SYS ROUTER WAG325N SO I CAN THE BEST SPEED AN SIGNAL ?

I would set it to wireless n only and then change the channel to like 8 or something other people are not using.
I would recommend using 11n also and doing a small investigation about free channels to select free one and then to configure both AP and lan card to use 40 mhz wide channel in order to archive so called 300 Mbps.
still remember, that 300 Mbps is environment speed and the actual speed will be around 60-70 Mbps per access point, so if you have multiple clients connected to your AP they will share those 60-70 Mbps. and if one of them is using 11g then all the network will fallback to 11g
