Hi.

I have Delphi 6 with update pack 2 and want to use DBExpress to connect to a MSSQL Server database, however my current installation of Delphi 6 only shows me the drivers for Oracle, MySQL and DB2. On the other hand, I also have installed in the same machine Delphi 2005 and I can connect to a MSSQL Server database using DBExpress. The application I'm working on uses some components with license for Delphi 6 only. I would like to configure my Delphi 6 so that I can connect to MSSQL databases as well. Note: using my Delphi 6 installation I can connect to a DB2 database using DBExpress. I tryed to copy the files:

dbxconnections.ini
dbxdrivers.ini

from Delphi 2005 to the Delphi 6 file structure, I also copied the driver dll to the Delphi 6 structure. The MSSQL connection option now appears on the available driversof Delphi 6 but when I change the connected property of TSQLConnection to true, I get something like "unmaped error" message.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thank you.
