I had a 1 GB .pst-file. Then I got the "exceeded quota" error msg. Then I deleted 500 MB and still received the error msg. I created another profile, identical to the one I have always used. I synchronized with Exchange. This worked fine for a couple of hours, then I received the msg again. Then I deleted some more e-mails without this helping. I changed the quota several times on the server, without this helping. Two of my colleagues have more MBs than me on the server, but they receive no error-msg. I can access my profile on other computers, through their profiles, since they have access to my e-mail-account. I have not installed the Exchange SP1 and I do not believe that is the problem. I reinstalled Office 2003 on my computer and re-created my profile and syncronized again after moving all of my .pst-files to a backup-folder. This worked fine for a week. Now I'm out of ideas.
