how can i allocate the specific width to a field?

Like Oracle, there is a function Lpad and Rpad, to specify the display width for the field. same like that i want in SQL server, is there any function like Lpad or Rpad.

You need to use following list of functions for padding

REPLACE(STR(RIGHT(LTRIM(CAST(T.NUM_TRAN_QTY AS DECIMAL(15, 0))), 8), 8), ' ', '0')

This function converts float value to Decimal
Left Trim the value
then Right
and COnverting the value to stream of characters
and Replacing ' ' with '0'
