Exchange 2003 sp2, will not accept over 2gb limit change

Hi,

I have a exchange 2003 sp2 running on a sbs 2003. we have a user that has reached their 2097151 limit using this article http://www.petri.co.il/setting_mailbox_limits_over_2gb.htm i increased the limit to 6200000 and prohibit send recive similar.

They stll recive a send error saying they have reached their limit for the mailbox. in the exchange details in AD it shows the new limits but use mailbox store defaults is ticked but if i unckeck this it wont save the new limits - so it is currently checked. the main store is set at over 40gb we are currently on 20gb

Thanks, that seams to work.

Before it was showing use defaults, but displaying my 6.2gb greyed out. reseted to user specfic and THEN changed the limits seams to have worked.

Thanks.
