I have a SBS 2003 Server that is constantly logging warnings that it cant load settings file for symantec endpoint protection.
here is a copy of the event.

Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      SRTSP
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      1005
Date:            5/27/2008
Time:            7:06:26 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      -----
Description:
Unable to load settings file.  Using default settings for real time protection.
Data:
0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 54 00   ......T.
0008: 00 00 00 00 ed 03 08 80   ....í..€
0010: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........
0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........
0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........

This happens every 5-10 minutes.

I am dealing with some other issues with DNS and active directory that I am working as well, but they dont seem like they should be related.

any help tracking down this symantec issue would be appreciated.

Thanks.
