Batch script with RegEx and time

I am reading matches from a text file that returns lines with names, tabs and times. I'm using findstr to do this. Here's what I'm doing:

E:\Test>findstr /B /I "MP Scheduled Scan" test.txt
MP Scheduled Scan                        5/29/2008 1:56:00 AM   Ready

From the result above, how can I get just the time part of it and convert it to military time?

@echo off
findstr /B /I "MP Scheduled Scan" test.txt > result.txt
set /P RESULT=< result.txt
del result.txt

call convertTime %RESULT
goto :eof

echo %1:~42,20
' convert date/time here
goto :eof
