2003 server delegation

I have a network that we are implementing a global active directory. We have remote Business units that we will bri in and want to give the local administration delegated rights to there bu. is there a way to delegate right to the top of there bu with groups also right to manipulate there login script but no other bu login script thank you

You can only delegate control to OUs - so you will need to organise your users into OUs associated with your business units and then delegate on that basis
