I got a stop coooo135 error after a major spyware cleanup. I can't get pass the blue screen. How do I fix this problem?

Its telling me that component basefwi 32 is not found, re-installing might fix the problem. I have never heard of basefwi 32, what should I do? Its Windows Xp

It wasn't a very good scanner to only delete the physical file and left the loading point.

You need to somehow access the registry (Recovery Console) and delete the loading point, delete the value below:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\currentcontrolset\control\session manager\subsystems]
"Windows"= basefwi32.dll

How do I get to the registry, I can't even boot in safe mode

If you can create a bootable disk you can access the registry offline to make the deletion.
