A virus has been detected in PC. this virus disabled many services like auto updates and is not allowing them to enable.

Good Day,
I got a virus on my PC and this virus seemed to have done serious damage.
I can't update my computer because the auto update does not start nor does its service and even in the registry it has managed to delete the registries for the update.
it also disabled my task manager
its also messed up the explorer service for when ever I try to open my computer or c drive all the explorers disapear.

I am running Norton 360 on my PC and when I ran a full check up it found some trojan virus.

I serious do not want to format the PC as it has so many softwares installed I might not be able to get again. Can anybody assist with a solution to turn on all the services  back to its original state?

If your antivirus is updated, run a full scan in safe mode and see if this helps.

Thanks rpggamergirl for your help I got it removed.
Glad to know it's been resolved.
Most often Combofix will still show some bad files in the log that need to be removed using its CFScript function, that's why we always like to see the CF log.

Sorry that the suggested solution wasn't good enough.
