Cisco unity server voice mail problems

Hi Guys,

I have a cisco unity server. It has recently stopped working in the way it should - users can't access voice mail, and nothing seems to be working correctly etc. I am getting the below error in various forms pointing me to the CCM-1-1, also there seems to be a problem with the Cisco Security Agent - the service is running but when I look for valid files on the server I can only find shortcuts to Cisco Security Agent and no actual software - it seems to have just dissapeared! Also I cannot access the https://localhost/cuadmin. I have installed all windows updates (the server stopped working before I did this!!!)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cisco Unity's telephony component has encountered a serious error.
A serious failure has occurred on port CCM-1-1 while trying to play a wav file or stream.  Depending upon the severity of the failure, parties on this call could experience unexpected behavior or be disconnected.  In some cases, further calls on this port will not be handled correctly.
