RAID Controller
We have a server with 5 HDD's
Two acting as RAID1
Three as RAID5
The RAID controller is faulty and a service engineer is coming to replace the controller.
Once this has been done, do we need to do anything? Or will the server work as normal?

You do not say what type of controller but the engineer ought to sort out the RAID config anyway assuming the controller doesn't do it automatically.
