Supress Script Error when viewing webpage with Outlook 2003

Our company president wants to be able to access webpages using his Outlook 2003. I have configured his Outlook with the web tool bar and have added his favorites to the toolbar also.

When I test the results, I can access most pages normally. However, when I try and access www.msn.com (he want this as his home page) I get a script error. I know that this the website is causing the error but I cannot supress it.

I have gone to Internet Explorer 7 's Tools>>Internet Options>>Advanced>>Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and (Other), but the error still occurs.

The first error is as follows:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Error: Could not complete the operation due to error d6a04005
URL: http://www.msn.com
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page.

The second error is the same  except the error is eb404005
