ssh ftp program

We are going to be receiving personal health info from a hospital download and I wanted to know if anyone had any luck with a ssh ftp program.  I want to be sure we get the best one available.  The upload will come from the hospital ftping into our server using ssh.

As for the server part...

Free SSH Daemon

Another free SSH daemon

There is also a solution called Cygwin, but it's heavyweight, and I wouldn't use it. Just about a week ago, I started looking for the free win ssh implementation, and those 2 came up.
Hope this helps
For me, if using gui, the best windows SFTP/SCP client is WinSCP.
If you want to do it from the batch file, there is pscp, part of Putty project.
Both are less than 2 MB in size, and do not require installation - you just copy it.
And of course are free.

Thank Vojans,
Does this work as a server also?  I have heard the client part works well, but I have no idea if there is a free server part.  Since we are having the file ftp'd directly into our system I am assuming we need to have a ssh server set up.
