Lotus Notes Delivery Failure Report to old mail administrator.

Whenever I create a new email account I get this error in the users mailbox. The error is because there is some task that tries to email the administrator when a ID is backed up. This administrator does not have an account (he left the company years ago, I took over a few months ago), nor is this an alias for any existing users. I get this same error when a user tries to do a name change, Notes tries to email this user....that does not exist anymore.
I can create the account and forward it to me, but I would rather fix the problem. Here is the error:

Backup ID File
was not delivered to:
(old admins name here)/(domain here)
User username/domain(email@example.com) not
listed in Domino Directory
Is there somewhere I can specify what address Notes tries to automatacally email when these events occur? Any help is greatly appreciated.
