I want to redefine SetWindowText to my function, my_SetWindowText but can not seem to get it to work or any functions defined in winuser.h. I can do all the redefines I want for functions in header files such as winreg.h, winbase.h and etc. but for some reasone winuser.h fails. I define the redefines in my own header file as:
Example
#define my_SetWindowText      SetWindowText
I am working with a Windows Mobile 5 project, if that makes a difference.

Generally, I would say you need to specialize the control you're currently using and provide your SetWindowText there.  If I recall my MFC, SetWindowText is defined by CWnd and by many of the controls that specialize CWnd.
