where is the include file here?

i have a piece code from rsstohtml.php ... what is the meaning of the below code, i could not find the include file in my directory .., where this file would be???

This line tries to include the file, but does not raise an exception (shows now error) if the file is not there. My guess is that this line is in there for easy upgrade to the Pro version of their product :)

no, it may not be, because even i removed the @ and tried .. nothing displays ...
i have downloaded the file from, http://www.feedforall.com/more-php.htm

it has only 2 files ...

Not sure why you're looking at that line? Here's the line you want:
---
@include_once("FeedForAll_XMLParser.inc.php");
---

It will include the other file and you have access to the parser code.

What is the problem? Have you created the template? Have you set it up on your server? Does it return properly formatted data when called?

It will include if you buy the PRO version. At the moment it doesn't include anything. That's it. :)
