The best you can do after the fact is print the Fax Log.  You should be able to do it using the embedded Web interface/server.  It can also be done from the device control panel using the following steps:

1.  Press Setup.
2.  Use arrow to move down to Print Report and press OK.
3.  Move down to Fax Log and press OK.
4.  Press OK again to print.

I couldn't confirm this but I doubt it will remember faxes forever.  The length of time probably won't matter but number will.  If you have sent/received a lot since the one you want then it probably won't be in the report.  If the fax does show then its status and other details will show on this report.

Let me know if you have a question about this or need more info.

I object.  I provided info on how to print the report.  The specific fax may not show anymore but that is how the report is printed and I explained why the specific fax may not print.
Let me know if there is a question about my objection.
