Hi
Im using CA ARCSERVE 11.5 SP2
Im trying to take an image for another server on my domain, I pushed the Image option agent to the target server, I tried to take the image using these steps as I read from the knowledge base at CA
1.      go to Backup option on the left hand
2.      Right click on the target server and find an option called Use Image/Serverless Backup Option, but I cant find this option.

How can I take a full image for the target server and restore image to a new server with the same configuration.

Thank you

Hi ,
The image option cannot backup REMOTE images .
Please read page 11 of the  Image option Manual on the Arcserve Install CD.

Both Arcserve Backup and Image option need to be installed on the same machine for the Image backup to work.
