I have an extended IP access list that in the middle I need to change the access list and add a line to allow a port to be open

650 permit tcp any host 208.xx.xxx.175 eq 3389 (25 matches)
660 permit tcp any host 208.xx.xxx.175 eq www (104 matches)
670 deny ip any host 208.xx.xxx.175 (2492 matches)

I need to add permit tcp any hosts 208.xx.xxx.175 eq 8080
