I am converting a client from Goldmine 6.7 to Outlook/BCM 2007. There does not seem to be a Goldmine Import function in BCM. Is there another function to convert Goldmine DB to something that BCM can import?

It's not clear from your question just what format you need, and (I'm sorry but) I don't know Outlook BCM. That said, however, you can export from GoldMIne in ascii (with delimeters), sdf (fixed width columns), and dbf. My suggestion is to choose dbf. You can then import that dbf into Excel seamlessly, and massage it any way you need to for subsequent import into BCM.

What may work even better for you would be to simply synchronize GoldMine with Outlook from within the GoldMine program. File | Synchronize | Sync with Outlook etc. I may not have the menus exactly right but it's something like that.

Then, I presume, you could "easily" convert the data from Outlook to Outlook BCM.

Good luck,
Steven
