Virtual Memory Setting for Terminal Server

I have a few terminal servers that are about to go into prodution. Each box has 8gb of ram. In virtual memory I have the intial size set to 2046 and the maximum set to 12285. Is this configuration correct or should I modify the memory range? Thanks.

You should make minimal and maximal the same so the pagefile does'nt fragment on the harddrive.

This will keep the pagefile optimal for memory tranfsers.

For example: 8192MB or even 16384.

Ok. Though I thought the rule of thumb was to have the page file at 1.5 time the size of physical ram?

I usually take 2x but 1.5x is fine also, altrough for a Terminal Services or Citrix server it can be handy to have 2x becouse there's always more users on it after a given time than you ever planned :-)
