How would you insert an html code into an aspx file

<head>
      <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
      <title>X</title>
      <link rel="stylesheet" href="includes/style.css" type="text/css" media="screen">
      <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/object.js"></script>
</head>
<body>
<div id="contain">
<div id="header">
<div id="headertopnav"></div>
<!-- MAIN NAVIGATION -->
<div id="headernavleft">
<a href="option1" id="option1"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option1" /></a>
<a href="option2" id="option2"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option2" /></a>
<span><img src="layout/nav.gif" alt="option3" /></span>
<a href="option4" id="option4"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option4" /></a>
<a href="option5" id="option5"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="foption5" /></a>
<a href="option6" id="option6"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option6" /></a>
</div>
<div id="headernavmid"></div>
<div id="headernavmid2"></div>
<div id="headernavright">

Im not sure exactly what you mean, but you can just copy and paste the html you want into the aspx as required. Below is what I think you want:
<%@ Control Language="C#" %>
<div class="screen">
<div class="header">
<div id="header">
<div id="headertopnav"></div>
<!-- MAIN NAVIGATION -->
<div id="headernavleft">
<a href="option1" id="option1"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option1" /></a>
<a href="option2" id="option2"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option2" /></a>
<span><img src="layout/nav.gif" alt="option3" /></span>
<a href="option4" id="option4"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option4" /></a>
<a href="option5" id="option5"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="foption5" /></a>
<a href="option6" id="option6"><img src="layout/nav_blank.gif" alt="option6" /></a>
</div>
<div id="headernavmid"></div>
<div id="headernavmid2"></div>
<div id="headernavright">
<a href=""><img src="layout/nav.gif" alt="home" /></a>
</div>
<div id="headersub">
&nbsp;
</div>

</div>
</div>
