Exchange 2007 - nonauthenticated SMTP connection time out

I have a client that uses a utility to email a subscribtion email to over 20k members.  We have configured Exchange 2007 to allow relay from their non secure/vpn IP addres.  The process works fine except that the connection is disconected after 10 minutes.  I need to know where in Exchange 2007 this 10 minute non authenticated connection time out can be changed.  The process typically takes 2 hours.

Please - this is a workaround for larger issues that we are helping the client with (vpn, firewall, etc).  So we can not use other solutions, ideas or workarounds for this issue.

Matthew MillersCommented:
get-receiveconnector | set-receiveconnector -ConnectionTimeout 00:30:00
set-receiveconnector -identity server\connectorname -ConnectionTimeout 00:30:00

First command will do all receive connectors available
Second command will do a single specified connector
