I have a client with a MS Office 2007 pro installed on a Sony Tz series (XP Pro), outlook is tied to our corporate exchange server (with Caching). When he is offline or online, pressing F9 does nothing. Also if he goes tools | send/recieve | Send recieve all, nothing happens (outlook should connect to server and try to download latest emails)

F9 and Send and Recieve not working
