I'm using Metatrader 4 and it has some features to make some custom indicators/expert advisors.  It uses something they call MQL4 to program this.  I'm looking to see how to change the color of the candle sticks to green (or w/e color) when it sees a "morning star", "evening star", "tweezer top/bottom" and "engulfing" formation.

Is this possible?

Are you sure green is an option for colors?  I am not a MQL expert and don't know the program you refer to but a page I found while looking for the specifics to help made it seem like the candlestick is either black or white (http://articles.mql4.com/417).

By the way ... that site does look like it would have the info you need to see if the language can change the color, what options you have and specifics on the property name, etc to do it.  It may even be a place to find help from others using MQL and in that program.  I am not turning you away from EE but just pointing out a nice resource. :)

Let me know if you have a question or need more info.
