Do you use GFI products in your environment?

http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002829 links to the GFI knowledge base which refers to the plugin triggering your event.

Glad I could help.
I am using GFI Mailessentials and Mailsecurity , when i restart my server i get this exception
Msecmlhost stooped logging

Plugin QAS.Coordinator reports exception.

Additional info: plugin [ContentSecurity.ML.QAS.Plugins.QAPlugin] threw an exception [Error: ProcessItem: exception while opening quar stream[ProcessItem: failed to open quar stream]]
When this error would occur, exchange would freak out and eventually stop sending e-mail. I noticed that the Pickup folder (under Exchange directory) had lost all of its permissions; replaced and pesto!
