I'm having a weird problem with this one file.  The permissions match up with the other files in the same location and I'm able to open them without any problems.  What happens is when I open the file it will get to 19% in wordpad and pop up an error saying access denied.  I'm able to RDP to the machine and open it from there without any problems and if I copy and paste it to my local WS I can open it without any problems.  It is a .cbl file and like I said I can open the others ones just fine and the permissions match up with each other.  The permissions are good to go.  I just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar problem.  One more thing I'm able to open it with word, but not wordpad.
