Microsoft Office word - Unspecified Error

I have full mailbox right on a Resource mail box.  When i am cheking this emails i want to forward to someone in the office. It gives me an error like this "Microsoft Office Word -Unspecified Error"
Please help. i would like to send the attachecment, but i can not do it from here.

Update your Microsoft Office and install the latest service pack.
