How to copy the result in mangement studio in sql server 2005 to Excel along with its column names

I tried to copy the resultset in sql server2005 to Excel.but i could copy only the results not the column names.can anyone tell me How to copy the result in mangement studio in sql server 2005 to Excel along with its column names?

go to tools, options, results...there is an option for copying column headers.
