HP Photosmart C7280 Wireless printing problem

I have recently set up my HP C7280 wireless connection.  It connects to my router and my two laptops see it as connected.   Whenever I send a print job from either laptop I get the error message "This document failed to print" and then the first 2 lines print and thats it.

The printer was previously connected to a desktop by cable and so I know it works fine.  Scanning documents by wireless works just fine.

Check your printer settings, under ports see if disabling bidirectional support helps. Under "Advanced", "Print processor" try different printprocessors (like winprint), and test different data types (like "Raw"), provided your OS is XP. Vista may have different, but similar settings to try.

I tried a numbner of variations as you suggested but still haven't found the solution.  Thanks for the input though.

I resolved this issue by upgrading my wireless router firmware.
