We are running SBS 2003 w/ the built-in Exchange. On the server I have three domains. Company1, Company2, Company3...

I have a user called Info. Thus, this user has three email addresses, Info@company1.com ,etc.

Currently, when mail comes in for any of these three domains, it is forwarded to a group. I would like to split this, so I can have mail coming in for Info@Company1.com go to one group, Info@Company2.com go to another group, and so on.

I tried to set up a 'Contact' but when i try to add the user 'Info' it says the name already exists in this organization.

The usernames need to unique (display name doesn't matter). So make the usernames info.company1, info.company2 & info.company3 or something similarly unique

THe email addresses need to be unique as well, so delete the email alias's from the original account for company 2 and 3, then create info.company2 and manually set the email address to what you want.

Repeat for info.company3.

How do I have each company's email forward to the correct group without setting up different user\email acct for each company?
