I have a client running vista biz and he complained today that everytime he sends and or receives an IM from a buddy the msn messenger window minimizes, he then has to click in  the icon tray to get the window back open again.  I have not seen the client's computer yet but I cant find any setiting in mine that may cause this type of behavior.  Any ideas apreciated.

correct, although I don't have a list you can to refer, sorry..

In the Vista Task Manager Options menu, there's a checkable option "Minimize
On Use". try deselecting this first.
