IE Homepage with Group Policy

Hello,

Our bosses have decided that they want our Sharepoint intranet site as the homepage for all users.  I changed the settings in group policy (Win 2k3 DC) and it changed the homepage on everyones machines which was great.  The problem is anyone can just change it back using Tools, Internet Options.  How can I stop them from doing this please?

Thanks

Tom

Hi,
Under GPO, go to Administrative Templates > Internet Explorer > Enable the policy "Disable Changing Homepage Settings"

Once this policy is enabled and pushed to users, the Homepage field inside IE > Tools > Internet Options will be dimmed and users would be unable to change the default settings set by you.....

Thanks for the quick response.

All I can find is 'Disable the General Page'.  There doesn't seem to be a 'Disable Changing Homepage Settings' setting.

Cheers

Sorry, found it.

I was looking under Computer Settings not User Settings.

Thanks for the help.

I believe you are currently using the Computer Configuration > ......
