The Independent Management Architecture service terminated with service-specific error 2147483670 (0x80000016).

The IMA service is part of the Citrix makeup. However I can not find a make up of what those 2 error codes are saying to me from anyware.

Thanks in advance everyone.

If the user name or password you specified contains a reserved character, the Windows command prompt will not treat the reserved character as plain text. Reserved characters include: & | ( ) < > ^
When entering a user name or password that contains a reserved character, you have two options:
" Enclose the reserved character with double quotes; for example,
Dsmaint /user:m&f /pwd:m^frame
" Precede the reserved character with a carat (shift+6); for example,
Dsmaint /user:m^&f /pwd:m^^frame
