want to make  a logs of  all incomming  emails

Hi,
though the website is Experts-Exchange  but still i could not find a proper soltion to my long standing question is " how to know what  every  email user is sending & receiving ??????????????" i am running  exchange server 2003 on windows 2003  server, i want to know at the end of  the d ay thorugh logs or  what ever means who send  what  and  who received what, some time  i see  on my  leased line monitoring grpgh  a huge  data incomming  but i don't know  who is the receiver ? is ther eany way to find who is getting huge  emails,

Exchange by itself will not give you too much information. But it does have Message Tracking - http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/The_Exchange_Message_Tracking_Center_or_How_to_Save_Your_A_in_a_Pinch.html 
If this is not good enough, you are going to have to look for a third party solution like GFI.
