Customize email from System Attendant via Mailbox Manager

I have setup an email retention policy in Mailbox Manager in Exch 2000.

Is it possible to have the sender from an email account other than the System Attendant?

the mailbox manager runs under the system attendant so the messages come from system attendant when the policy runs
