I have a new customer that has an old Powervault 128T.  I've never used one before and he forgot his password.  Is there a way to reset the password on this device?  I assume there is an on-screen menu of some sort.

Thanks!

There is a lost password recovery method, but you need to contact Dell support to go through the process. They will be able to help you out regardless of currently warranty status of the 128T.
