printing problem from sapscript

We have a SAP script form (SD-CAS-MAIL) that was edited to include our business information on it. We use transaction VA02 to pull up sales orders and then select an order and go to Extras -> Output -> Print preview and we can see the form in the print preview, but the print icon is grayed out. It will not let us print the form. When I click on the 'Print Options" button on the previous page (instead of clicking Print Preview), it shows me that it will print to the LOCL printer and then I can click on the green check, but it never prints. It does not go to the print queue either.

Any suggestions?
