Is there a way to remove DND from a phone in CME through either the command line (preferred) or the web interface? We have 134 sites that have CME and DND was included when the systems were originally rolled out. Our users are accidentally placing phones/lines into a DND state and it would be beneficial to be able to remove DND remotely. We are in the process of changing the ephone templates for all of the sites, but that won't happen for a while.
Challenge: The i-unit group was not satisfied with the audio quality during remote meetings. They were looking for a portable solution with excellent audio quality for use in their conference room but also at their client’s offices.
