DND for CME

Is there a way to remove DND from a phone in CME through either the command line (preferred) or the web interface? We have 134 sites that have CME and DND was included when the systems were originally rolled out. Our users are accidentally placing phones/lines into a DND state and it would be beneficial to be able to remove DND remotely. We are in the process of changing the ephone templates for all of the sites, but that won't happen for a while.

I believe that the answer here is 'no', but I will award the points based on effort. What I was looking for was a way to take a phone off of DND in much the same wasy that you can remove CFA from a line.

Sorry, I thought that link had documentation to disable the DND, but I was wrong.  I don't know of any IOS command that will toggle the DND setting on a given phone.

One possible solution to your problem (it's not as quick as typing in a command, but at least no need to go phone to phone), is to buy a softphone client and configure it to the extension you're trying to reset and just turn off the DND from that client.  Reconfiguring the client is relatively fast.

Sorry I wasn't able to give you the answer you were looking for.

That is what I've been doing, just hoping that someone had a quicker way to go. Thanks for the effort!!
