We ahve Outlook 2000 with exchange.
When I want to look at another users calendar I always create a bogus meeting , add them, and then check the meeting availability tab to see when their calendar has them free.  Sometimes I just want to know if they are in the office and I hate going through all that just to see if they are in the office.  Is there a quicker way to just view another users calendar?  I am sure there has to be....

The only way to view another person's calendar other than how you described is for the other person to share their calendar and grant you permission to view it.
