Exchange slowness
Users are complaining that its taking a long time for email to reach outside recipeints. where can i look to start diagnosing this problem?

You can use the tracking system to track individual e-mails or multiple e-mails that have been sent in and out of the system.
To check mails that are queued up in the system view the queue's and you will be able to see the amount of messages and where they are going to

Do I do the tracking for specific emails or is there somehing i can do for all email possible in the queue that havent left our system yet?
