MailMan generated Mailing List isn't working

We host several MailMan mailing lists on our server. This one above isn't generating the lists subscription page. If you click on the "Members" link displays a "We're sorry, we hit a bug!" error message. I know this isn't a bug, since the other lists on this server are working just fine.

I don't want to delete and recreate this list. Which will proably fix the problem. I'm hoping for some command line code that will repair this problem.

Some times I just need to poke in the right direction. I reviewed the error logs and found the following repeated error.

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/lib/mailman/lists/members/en/listinfo.html'

I then examined the permissions of this file compared to the "other" listinfo.html files. This one had a permission of "600", the other "644". Changing the problem file permissions to "644" solved the issue.
