I have a cisco pix 501 firewall setup to provide internet service to a small network on 10.10.10.0.
Please tell me how to allow external ftp traffic to get directed to my internal ftp server at 10.10.10.253
I am assuming I would need to make some kind of access rule

What commands would I need to type into the console to add this?
Tell me if you see any glaring security errors I should fix.

Here is my existing config file.

This should get it for you.  Just paste these in:

access-list acl_out permit tcp any host 64.107.154.162 eq 21
static (inside,outside) tcp 64.107.154.162 21 10.10.10.253 21 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
access-group acl_out in interface outside
