Crystal Reports export and print not working

I have a Crystal Reports web page I built.  It works good but the Export and the Print don't work.

I am using Ajax on this page.  I have Crystal Reports in an update panel.  I read on Google that others where having this issue to and said it is a problem with Ajax and Crystal Reports.

Does anyone know how to fix this?  I don't want to continue development with this page using Ajax if this is a true problem.

Does anyone know a work around?

Another question:

Does anyone know is Microsofts reporting tool work better with Ajax than Crystal Reports?

This may be related.  It does indicate there is a problem and they are working on it with Ajax and an update panel.
