Emails not received that are sent to account on GoDaddy

I have two companies.  One uses email services from hostmysite.com (A), another uses GoDaddy email (B).

B can send to A.  B appears to send to A, but A never receives the emails. Not in webmail, not in a pop client and not in any spam folders.  B never receives a bounce message.

Where should I be looking to start tracking where these emails are getting lost?

You should check the B mail server has Reverse DNS entry configured.
You can contact your ISP ( the people you gave you the public ip range ) to create a Reverse DNS entry for you ...
Some mail servers eg. aol.com will not accept emails from Mail server which doesnt have ReverseDNS entry configured.

Go to  www.intodns.com  , and put your domain name , find out any configuration errors exists.
Try sending an email to aol address from your B mail server , see you recieves or not...

Also you can check your SPAM Filter Settings at both sides as well , if everything works fine which i said above.

That was a good try, but the real issue was because there was an old mail entry located on server B in reference to server A's domain name.
