Share folders on Mac Server, OS X 10.4

I have activated Apache, PHP and MySQL on Mac OS X 10.4. I want to upload my files through FTP or via SMB to the folder library/webserver/documents  how du I share the folder on Mac?

Look for a program called SharePoints (www.hornware.com) it allows you to share any folder via SMB in OSX 10.4.

Thank you, but there are one folder shared so maybe its installed?

What about this
http://www.apple.com/server/macosx/features/filesharing.html

"Server makes it easy to share folders and exchange files between Mac and PC systems without the installation of additional software."

 But where to find it ?

If you're using OSX server .. there is a System Tool for managing users and shared folders
