I have tried it with &amp;&nbsp;without the SSL ticked (of course using https when having the SSL ticked)<br />

With the Mac, &nbsp;I have installed Entourage 2008 and associated updates. Entourage successfully connects to the Exchange server, but does not display the folder list associated with the account.
