How do I get Entourage to display the folder list from the Exchange account?

I have a network with a SBS 2003 server, using exchange for mail. There are 6 users, 5 on Windows XP, 1 on a Mac 10.5.2. All windows users have full functionality with Outlook. With the Mac,  I have installed Entourage 2008 and associated updates. Entourage successfully connects to the Exchange server, but does not display the folder list associated with the account. Please advise how to do this? Thank you.

In the Entourage Folder list, click your Exchange Account folder to select it. (If you cannot
see the folder list, click Folder List on the View menu.)

hope it helps.

On your account settings page in entourage is the  "This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)" ticked?

Yes, the Folder List is definitely being displayed.

I have tried it with & without the SSL ticked (of course using https when having the SSL ticked)

Thanks.

Would you please confirm that I have the following settings correct...

Exchange Server: http://servername.domain.local/username
Public Folders Server: http://servername.domain.local/public
LDAP Server: servername.domain.local ("This server requires me to logon" is ticked)

Thank you.
