Hello

I have the "open relay" problem with exchange server. I have just done all operations read in microsoft KB and others.
Every configuration was checked but if I do the tests in some web sites., in some case it say "relay accepted".
Do you have other suggestion for me?
thank you

the open relay tests are iffy at best, test it yourself.

From the server;
Start > run > telnet localhost 25
ehlo
mail from:someone@gmail.com
rcpt to:someoneelse@gmail.com
data
subject:this is a test
test
.

If it says "cannot relay for..." anywhere in there, you are fine.

Your IP is in a DUL or Dynamic User List - meaning you are never getting off that list.

You need to talk to your ISP and request a new static IP, or relay all your mail through them.
