Question. A laptop user on our network has lost most of his contacts for an unknown reason after coming back from holiday. What could have happened and how can i restore them. He connects to our exchange server 2003 but only some of his contacts is on his notebook and all of the outlook folders are up to date. The user also makes use of and black berry that connects to the exchange server. We do make backups to a tape drive everday if need be. I tried to restore vista but made no change.Please Advise.
